The experience

A beginning, a path, and a return.

MindTrails gives reflection a simple structure while leaving enough quiet for your own thoughts to arrive.

The first version

Purposefully simple.

The initial MindTrails experience does not require GPS or AI.

It is built around a more deliberate rhythm: a chosen topic, a chosen duration, carefully written audio prompts, silence, and a closing reflection. No route data is needed for the walk to be useful.

A clear boundary

MindTrails is not

  • Therapy
  • Diagnosis
  • Emergency support
  • Fitness tracking
  • A replacement for professional mental-health care
